I am deeply committed to providing a safe space for you to share about emotional challenges you are going through. Very importantly, I am also comfortable making room for spiritual or faith-based discussions in sessions, because our personal value system and our relationship with God can be a critical part in our emotional healing. It can help us make sense of our past and present, and have hope for the future. Finally, we will work together to figure out long-lasting strategies you can use, to help you or your loved one feel more emotionally successful.
