Rates

Initial 60 minute psychiatric diagnostic evaluation (required)– $110.00

Each 45 minute psychotherapy session – $100.00

A sliding fee discount program is also offered, based on income, on a limited basis.

Insurance

Kristine J Nunn Counseling is an in-network provider with commercial insurances of Blue Cross Blue Shield, UMR (United Healthcare), Humana, Aetna, Cigna, Tricare, Encore, and CareSource Marketplace.

Kristine J Nunn Counseling is also an in-network provider with Medicaid MDWise, Medicaid CareSource, MHS, Medicaid United Healthcare, and Medicaid Anthem.

For all other insurances, you will be responsible to contact your own insurance provider to inquire about out-of-network mental health/behavioral health benefits. The contact number for your insurance company is usually located on the back of your insurance card. A detailed receipt can be provided to all who plan to submit a claim form to one’s insurance company for reimbursement.

Counseling services are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), and health reimbursement account (HRA).

Payment

Kristine J Nunn Counseling accepts cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. You are able to make payment directly on this website (see Make a Payment that is located on the Get Started tab).

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
