Are you feeling sad or angry, and just can’t seem to stop thinking about the past?
Are you struggling to heal after a traumatic event or circumstance?
Are you anxious about your family or personal circumstances, and need an emotionally safe place to share?
Has your child or adolescent been struggling with behaviors or emotions, and you’ve decided it might be time to look into additional support?
Do you feel you and your spouse have lost your way, and are struggling to manage conflict and communication in your relationship?
I know seeking help can be hard. You’ve likely been debating seeking help for months, if not years. I’m glad you have taken the courageous step to start seeking support.
Whether you or a family member are struggling with depression, anger, sadness, anxiety, relationship conflict, behavioral struggles, changing life circumstances that have been stressful, or past or present trauma, it is important that you know there is support.
I am deeply committed to providing a safe space for children, adolescents, and adults to share about emotional challenges they are going through. Very importantly, I am also comfortable making room for spiritual or faith-based discussions in sessions, because our personal value system and relationship with God can be a critical part in helping us make sense of our past and present, and having hope for the future. Finally, we will work together to figure out long-lasting strategies you can use, to help you or your loved one feel more emotionally successful.
